Search Inside Yourself

Program

Originally developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself teaches practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership tools to unlock your full potential at work and in life. Search Inside Yourself takes an evidence-based approach combining neuroscience, attention-training and emotional intelligence, and provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in life or at work. The program starts with a foundation of mindfulness, and from there builds the core emotional intelligence skills that lead to outstanding leadership, improved performance, and higher levels of wellbeing.

Target group

We partner with companies around the world to bring Search Inside Yourself to their employees, including SAP, Deloitte, Hyatt and many more. Organizations across industries and geographies choose Search Inside Yourself due to its highly practical and scientifically proven methods to improve overall emotional intelligence, well-being, resilience and personal and organizational leadership.

Program structure

  • SIY starts with a highly interactive live (online or in-person) training followed by a four-week online journey. It is highly interactive, including experiential exercises, dyads, group conversations, attention-training practices and writing activities.
  • Can be offered as 1-day program, or the full 2-day version.
  • Shorter workshops, covering specific emotional intelligence domains, are also available.
  • Class size: 20 to 80 participants
  • The program can be taught both in English and German.

Adaptive Resilience

Program

Adaptive resilience is the ability to recover from adversity, adapt and thrive. It builds the capacity to be productive, resourceful, and creative while dealing with changing circumstances or adversity. This interactive program uses a mindfulness-based approach to build the behaviors, mental habits, and practices that promote personal resilience while growing a culture of resilience within teams and organizations.

Target group

For anybody that aims to cultivate resilience for themselves and their teams.

Program format

  • This 3-part series is available for in-person delivery or as live online training.
  • Can be offered as 3 x 90 minutes program, or a half-day version.
  • Class size: 20 to 40 participants
  • The program can be taught both in English and German.

Effective Teaming

Program

Based on neuroscience, mindfulness, and behavioral research, this interactive program offers practical interpersonal skills grounded in attention training, growth-oriented mindsets, and collaborative behaviors, to improve team performance. It focuses on four essential aspects of team dynamics: Belonging, Inclusion, Trust and Psychological Safety.

Target group

Anybody that is passionate about the wellbeing and performance of a team.

Program structure

  • The 3-4-hour interactive program can be offered as a live online or in-person experience.
  • Class size: 20 to 40 participants
  • The program can be taught both in English and German.
