Signature Leadership Development Programs

Yves has a strong believe that great leaders create thriving cultures! With his purpose to cultivate the benefits of mindful leadership in the workplace… and in the world, and based on his 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in both Human Resources and Training, Yves has a solid understanding of the critical leadership competencies that are required to be successful in today’s world, and how they can be developed in leaders and teams.


  • All workshops are highly interactive and live (online or in-person) and provide tools that can be applied immediately within teams and organizations.
  • Workshops can be tailor-made to align with organizational values and anchored in key leadership and talent processes.
  • All programs can be taught both in English and German, for groups of 10 to 40 participants.

Emotional Culture Index

Program

This interactive workshop is a great tool for culture transformation or evolution! The Emotional Culture Index (ECI) has been designed to measure three dimensions of emotions at work: current emotions, fair and reasonable emotions, and ideal emotions. Combined, the results can show-case where the team is, where the team should be, and where they want to go.

Yves’ experience in and knowledge of the hospitality industry makes him the perfect partner to plan a Team Off-site or Retreat!


  • Put your own program together out of any of the above Leadership Development workshops, Search Inside Yourself or Adaptive Resilience, combined with various Wellbeing and Team activities such as Yoga, Mindfulness, Chi Gong or nutrition education and mindful eating.

Program Structure

A variety of combinations can be planned – from a short 2-hour leadership session during a company off-site, to a weekend away to relax, learn, re-connect and recharge!
